Clause Content

1. The parties agree that any arbitration commenced pursuant to clause [●] of this Agreement, shall be conducted having regard to the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations’ Green Protocol for Arbitral Proceedings with a view to reducing the environmental impact of disputes.

2. At the outset of any arbitration, the parties shall consult and agree which provisions of the Green Protocol for Arbitral Proceedings shall be adopted during the proceedings, and submit to the Tribunal their proposal for minimizing the carbon footprint of the arbitration.
